Lifting heavy things!

inside in Dubai summer, outside when the weather is nice. 

What music do you love working out to:

I listen to audiobooks and podcasts when I train. 

What food program do you follow to keep in the shape you are:

After years of trialling different eating styles, measuring and weighing my food I now do what I call intuitive eating. I sit down at least 3 times a day and eat a well-balanced meal with lots of veg, protein and some fats and carbs . 

What food is your go to when you are under the pump:

I always make time for eating veg and a real meal, but I am a fiend for salt licorice and chocolate. 

What food is your vice when you want to have a cheat meal:

Cake, candy, chocolate, I love it all. 

Do you cook or get delivery:

I meal prep for myself usually. 

I’m happiest when:

Making authentic connections with people. I love to get real deep and gritty with people.

Five beauty products you cannot live without:

Laura Mercier illuminating tinted moisturiser, Maybelline Black mascara, Nars Blush in Orgasm, Tea tree oil 

Makeup or free & easy:

Makeup when I have time, but that is rare these days. 

Sneakers or heels:

Love me some heels, but these days Birkenstocks or barefoot shoes are my every day. 

Dress or sports gear:

Again my fashionista history loves a dress, but I live in sports gear. 

What do you do for down time:

Sleep on the beach. I spend my entire week coaching people and working with people, so in my spare time, I need quiet and time alone to recharge. 

Ted talk, book or internet for learning material:

I love ted talks for introducing subjects but if you want to get into the depth of a subject you need to get into books. I’m a huge fan of audio books which allow me to digest information while I’m on the go. 

Best place you have travelled to:

How can anyone choose?? I adore Sweden, it is somewhere I could imagine myself living. But I honestly have travelled so much and always am finding new places and people I adore.

Competing on team Australia at Powerlifting World Championships.
