How the Promise works
Reach out
Email support@tweakmeonline.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, the size and range you bought, and what wasn't right about the fit.
We find your fit
We'll guide you to the recommended replacement size or style — one approved replacement per eligible first-fit claim.
Keep your first pair
For hygiene reasons you don't need to send anything back. Your replacement is final and completes your Promise.
