The Tweak Perfect Pair Promise is a guided fit exchange for first-time sizing issues — not a returns or refund offer. If your first Tweak pair doesn't fit the way you expected, we'll guide you to the size or style that does.

How it works

• Contact us at support@tweakmeonline.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, the size you ordered, the product/range, and what wasn't right about the fit.
• We'll guide you to the recommended replacement size or style.
• One approved replacement is issued per eligible first-fit claim.
• You don't need to send back the pair you tried — for hygiene reasons, we don't ask for it returned.
• Your replacement is final and isn't eligible for a further Perfect Pair Promise claim.
• Not sure on size before you order? Take our 30-second fit quiz first — it's the fastest way to get it right the first time.

What this covers: first-time sizing or fit issues. One Perfect Pair Promise claim per customer.
