Email us at support@tweakmeonline.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Let us know what's up and whether you'd like a return or exchange. We're always happy to help!
Return Address
Once we've got your request, we'll reply with the return address and step-by-step instructions. Easy peasy.
Return Shipment
We recommend using a registered post service. Unfortunately, we can't take responsibility for lost items. Keep that tracking number handy just in case!
Processing Your Return or Exchange
As soon as we receive and inspect your item, we'll process your refund or exchange. Refunds go straight back to your original payment method.
Return Conditions
All items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet these conditions. Thanks for understanding!
