How to Organise a Return or Exchange
We’ve got your back (and your booty). Here's how to make it right if something’s not quite right.
Email us at support@tweakmeonline.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Let us know what's up and whether you'd like a return or exchange. We’re always happy to help!
Once we’ve got your request, we’ll reply with the return address and step-by-step instructions. Easy peasy.
We recommend using a registered post service. Unfortunately, we can’t take responsibility for lost items. Keep that tracking number handy just in case!
As soon as we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund or exchange. Refunds go straight back to your original payment method.
All items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these conditions. Thanks for understanding!
