Each and every one of us has a body that is unique and beautiful but we tend to overlook this as we are comparing and ‘wishing’ for what ‘they have’, not realising someone else is saying that about us. 

As a woman, our bodies are so wonderful and capable of not only supporting us through life and all the different phases, but also birthing another life which really is incredible.
